The hotel has amazing staff who are genuinely helpful and create a welcoming atmosphere. The location in Kep is peaceful and allows for a relaxing stay, but the resort facilities are in need of some serious updates. Dining options are limited, which can be a downside, especially during the current circumstances, but overall it’s a great place to stay for the experience and hospitality.
The resort has a charming atmosphere with wonderful staff and beautiful pool area. However, the facilities feel quite dated and are in need of a thorough refresh to enhance the overall experience. While the location offers tranquility away from the town center, there could be more dining options available on-site.
I recently stayed at this resort in Kep, and it was a lovely experience overall. The staff was incredibly warm and accommodating, creating a peaceful atmosphere. The location is superb, close to the national park, but the dining options were somewhat limited. I would consider returning for the relaxing vibe and friendly service, though a refresh of the facilities is certainly needed.
I had a pleasant stay at the resort. The staff was genuinely amazing and made me feel welcomed, plus the location offered a perfect blend of seclusion while still being close enough to town for convenience. However, the facilities could use a significant update as they felt quite worn, especially the pool area. The dining options were limited but still decent given the circumstances. Overall, it's a lovely place with great potential, but some renovations would really enhance the experience.
I had a lovely stay in Kep during Pchum Ben at this resort. The staff was amazing and the location was peaceful, making it a great getaway. The only downside was the limited dining options within the resort, but overall, I would definitely return!
